As Head of Peter Klym Management, I provide consultancy and operational interim services both directly and as a subcontractor to larger organisations. My base contribution is to support organisations in developing competitivity and service through the use of operational excellence techniques such as Lean Management. I will also however take on challenging projects or problems which require a short-term injection of competent (and courageous) resource. 24 years of operational experience and three as a consultant have convinced me of the need to put people before processes, and my approach is heavily biased in this direction I am English, but based in France for over 25 years, and am as much at ease working in French as in English. I am fully mobile both for short and medium-term assignments both nationally and internationally.
