TMGO is a joint-venture company of the French investment firm Meridiam and Icelandic Geothermal Company, Reykjavik Geothermal. The company is established for the purpose of executing a power purchase and implementation agreement concluded with the Government of Ethiopia and Ethiopian Electric Power (EEP) for the deployment of a 150MW geothermal baseload capacity power plant [within the Oromia Region].
