Remington Holt Consulting is a firm developed for and devoted to bridging the gap between minority culture and White, dominant culture through the vehicle of Education. My brand and my business embody a unique and undying commitment to two philosophies: "culture matters" and "teaching works." Culture is learned and thereby can be both taught and unlearned. Through teaching others about diverse cultures, we will equip them to engage with others from a place of honor and empathy for their culture. Remington aspires to close the culture gap in education through high-quality instruction, culturally responsive pedagogy, and by educating teachers about the importance of cultural responsiveness both in and out of the classroom.
