We meet our international clients’ needs for which we supply different types of machinery and components, starting from the raw material. The company founded in 1984 has a total area of 50.000m², 18.000m² of them are covered; there are several workshops and each of them is dedicated to a specific production process. From analysis, to production and shipment, we ensure the customer an excellent performance. From the client's project we carry out a study which involves all company processes: technical study, purchasing, quality and production; we analyze and manage each phase of the production process in order to avoid waste, aimed at optimization and continuous improvement. Our production process phases: laser cutting, punching, bending, welding, mechanical machining, painting and assembly. Starting from the first phase of sheet metal processing, in the cutting area there are many laser and tube cutting machines, punching and press-bending machines. The materials treated are iron, stainless steel and aluminum. In the welding department there are several certified equipment, 40 workstations and 7 assembly lines; the welding quality assurance is ensured by ISO 3834-2: 2006 and ISO 1090-1 EXC2. The recently established machining activity has a specific department in which we perform turning and milling activities thanks to modern and technologically advanced machining centers. To complete the production cycle we offer the industrial powder painting service with automated cabin, the assembly and final test. The experience, know-how, knowledge of the market, different sectors and our customers allow us to offer a 360 ° service in compliance with the requests and needs of our business partners.
