The Center for Dynamic Learning inspires youth to cultivate career readiness and workforce skills through science, art, and theatre programs. At the conclusion of their time at The Center for Dynamic Learning, youth have gained a plethora of skills. Critical thinking, collaboration, trial and error, reading comprehension, and oral communication are just a few outputs of CDL curriculum. At CDL We Believe: -In engaging imaginations to solve problems creatively -In creating a learning environment for youth based on mutual respect and acceptance -In connecting with youth through interest-based learning -Young people will realize their potential to succeed when provided with positive role models and a supportive environment in which to explore their creativity -Every youth is an individual and has the right and need to express themselves -Through the creative and scientific process, youth will gain confidence in their ability to affect positive change in their living, learning, and working communities. CDL is not a one time learning experience. All programming is inquiry based and challenges youth to follow their own inquiries to relevant learning experiences. Our award winning programs are offered statewide, to youth ranging in age from K-12. All STEAMM curriculum incorporate nationally recognized standards, including the Common Core and Next Generation Science Standards. We make it our mission to meet, or exceed, state and national standards in all programming. Youth inquiry leads youth learning.
