Our Mission: To impact communities and lives through innovative and socially-motivated investment and service. Impact Seven, Inc. has a long history of managing housing projects financed by Rural Development (Formerly FmHA) and the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) throughout the State of Wisconsin. Impact Seven also specializes in the management of Low-Income Housing Tax Credits (LIHTC) projects and Market Rate housing. Impact Seven presently manages over 1400 units for families, elderly, and other residents.
