Our generations-long family ownership and values are at the heart of what we do at Rosedon & Huckleberry Restaurant. A tribute to Mark Twain, Huckleberry’s menu draws inspiration from the author’s Southern roots while staying true to Bermudian flavors. Alongside the locally-sourced organic produce, grass-fed meats, and sustainably harvested seafood, HB grows its own vegetables, fruits, herbs and edible flowers, all of which are showcased in our dishes when available.
