Liberty Life Yoga was founded in 2016 by Sarah Memme. Sarah loved yoga, and realized there were limited accessible options to practice in the city of Toronto. At the heart of her vision was a desire to connect with people where they were (at home, in their workplace etc.) and to provide options for folks that didn't feel they "belonged" in a studio setting. The tag line "Find Your OM Close to Home" became at the forefront of Liberty Life Yoga. Soon Liberty Life Yoga brought on Christine Noonan as a partner to help diversify Liberty Life Yoga's offerings. A focus on yoga continued, as well as various other forms of movement, and meditation practices. Liberty Life Yoga is committed to creating accessible spaces, connecting with communities in an intentional way, having fun, and growing mindfully.
