In pursuit of that idea, we guide, advise and “kick in the pants” our clients and their teams to build company cultures that support a growth mindset. To achieve the growth our client companies desire, we create lots of content, do speaking engagements, podcasts, and host masterminds and coaching programs.

For entrepreneurs we have a 1-on-1 leadership coaching program. We also customize a program for their entire leadership team. We do leadership and operations consulting and training through our in-person programs and events.

We have a 4-month 1-on-1 coaching program for new managers and recently promoted leaders called Leaders Within. In it, team leaders learn to lead themselves, their work and their team all within the vision and mission of the company.
