After spending two decades of his career as a beauty chemist and industry executive, creating some of the most recognized products in the industry, David Pollock chose to make a dramatic shift to focus on the education and promotion of what he calls “True Beauty.” Pollock was inspired to take this leap after assisting several loved ones through battles with cancer. Their struggles moved him to analyze the toxic lifestyles we unknowingly lead, caused by the products we use. His mission is to share the simple changes we can make to live the healthier, longer, more beautiful lives that we all desire, without compromising the science and performance we also want. While David knows that the foundational causes of adverse beauty habits can lead to so many problems—ranging from self-esteem issues, to skin issues, to even cancer—David believes that it’s possible for all Americans to radically shift their own relationship with beauty, creating an attitude and lifestyle of real health and wellness that can be achieved through simple, everyday changes we can all make in our own lives.
