We are an external, independent coordinator of speak-up or whistleblowing procedures. We offer you the following services: - An easy to implement reporting procedure and investigation protocol. We can also help you communicate this and train your employees. - We will handle the communication with the reporter in a confidential way and can also coordinate the investigation for you - We can prepare the annual or quarterly report on the whistleblowing procedure for you. In The Netherlands it is mandatory to provide an annual report to the Works Council. But it is useful to do this anyway. By the end of 2021 all organizations within the EU with over 50 employees and all organizations that are subject to financial regulation, anti-moneylaundering or sanctions laws have to appoint somebody who is capable and impartial to coordinate their whistleblowing procedure. We have been rolling out and coordinating whistleblowing procedures since 2007 and have handled hundreds of case, both at multinationals and at small and medium sized enterprises. We kunnen ook het onderzoek voor u coördineren. - Wij helpen u bij de verplichte jaarlijkse rapportage aan de OR Vanaf eind 2021 moeten alle organisaties met meer dan 50 medewerkers en alle organisaties die onder financiële wetgeving, de anti-witwas of sanctiewetgeving vallen een onpartijdige en capabele coördinator van hun klokkenluiderregeling aanstellen. Sinds 2007 hebben wij al ervaring met uitrollen en coördineren van klokkenluiderregelingen, zowel bij multinationals als bij MKB bedrijven en wij hebben enkele honderden zaken behandeld.
