The Strong Girls on Fire Program is designed for elementary aged girls and utilizes fun, interactive group activities to develop social, leadership, communication, and problem solving skills. The interactive curriculum is combined with exercising and sport fundamentals to help participants become team players, meet challenges and improve overall physical fitness all while having fun in a nurturing environment. Strong Girls on Fire focuses on sports that are “non-traditionally female”. This unique approach offers participants a new perspective that challenges traditional gender roles, leading to feelings of empowerment and improved self-esteem.
