SpaceBot helps organizations measure the safety and financial performance of their spatial (real estate) assets through data and artificial intelligence. Advancements in information technology most visible through companies like Amazon and WeWork have been transforming real estate use for over twenty years. The rise of COVID-19 has accelerated these changes and introduced several new challenges for real estate owners, developers and operators. While some COVID-19 challenges are likely to dissipate over time (e.g., physical distancing), others will leave a legacy and transform real estate use forever. SpaceBot’s vision is to improve safety and human experiences in the built environment by tapping into various technologies and sources of socio-spatial data. To this end, SpaceBot’s team of engineers and data scientists have developed a proprietary platform to analyze people, vehicles and other contextual objects in real-time; predict, manage and communicate resource demand; and more generally help real estate owners, developers, and operators understand and ultimately optimize the safety and financial performance of their spatial assets and the experiences they enable.
