The Kansas City Public Schools Education Foundation was established in 2012 as a self-perpetuating, non-profit 501(c)(3) organization to promote quality education in Kansas City Public Schools. The Foundation works in partnership with but financially independent of the district to help close critical funding gaps by serving as a conduit between the KCPS team and the Kansas City community.
