PSA Project has a long history of Program & Project Management in Australia and overseas. Using our unique methodology we provide our clients with tools, training, consulting and management in order to ensure the success of their projects. Our history of success includes large commercial projects such as the MCG, Melbourne Rectangular Stadium and the Station Pier Redevelopment. Our partners have included local government, Australia Post, Ericsson Australia, Delta Group, Royal Children's Hospital, the Department of Justice, CAE, Melbourne Univserity, RMIT and many more. In the Community Projects space we have worked on numerous bushfire reconstruction projects following the 2009 Black Staurday fires in Marysville, Kinglake and Flowerdale. We have also conducted training for groups following natural disasters in Pakistan and Christchurch, as well as other work internationally.
