It specializes in attracting individuals with ideas and projects that offer practical solutions that serves the Palestinian communities, and working with them to develop their ideas, projects and capabilities, through a broad network of experts, specialists, institutions and foundations, and linking them to sources of funding to support these ideas and projects and help them achieve success and Impact desired. Bedar starts from its vision of being the main platform for attracting ideas and projects that serve the Palestinian communities; and on the basis of its mission of recruiting competencies, expertise and potentials to activate and develop the Palestinian capacity; and based on its values of partnership, credibility, transparency, professionalism, and creativity. For this end, Bedar attaches great importance on operating and providing services in a number of diverse fields. هي منصة متخصصة في استقطاب أصحاب الأفكار والمشاريع التي تقدّم حلولاً عمليّة تخدم فلسطين والمجتمعات الفلسطينية، والعمل معهم لتطوير أفكارهم ومشاريعهم وقدراتهم، من خلال شبكة واسعة من الخبراء والمتخصصين والمؤسسات والهيئات، وربطهم بمصادر تمويل لدعم هذه الأفكار والمشاريع لترى النّور وتحقّق النجاح والأثر الذي تسعى إليه. رؤيتها: أن تكون بِدار المنصة الأبرز لاستقطاب الأفكار والمشاريع التي تخدم فلسطين والمجتمعات الفلسطينية. رسالتها: توظيف الكفاءات والخبرات والإمكانات لتفعيل وتنمية القدرة الفلسطينية. قيمها: الشفافية،المهنية، المصداقية، الإبداع والشراكة.
