SR Socially Relevant™ Film Festival New York 2022 lands at Lincoln Center, Cinema Village and neighboring venues in Manhattan, from March 14-27, 2022. SRFF’s ninth Edition covers a broad range of socially relevant™ stories about immigration, women and girls, human trafficking, climate change, indigenous populations, capital punishment, social justice, homelessness, LGBTQ rights, and more. The competition includes narrative and documentary films in feature and short categories as well as unproduced feature film scripts. The winners are compensated by stylish trophies and in-kind awards including packaging, marketing, and deliverables advice and first look at distribution. Digital platform partners such as IndiePix offer distribution to winning films. The festival is sponsored by important organizations, corporations and foundations.
