Bean Voyage is a non-profit social enterprise that provides training and market access to smallholder women so they can produce specialty coffee, earn a better income, and lead sustainable lives. We achieve our mission through the Care Trade approach. First, we organize 80+ hours of training on sustainable coffee production, home-based processing, roasting, and cupping. Second, we connect the women producers in our network with consumers and buyers around the world.
