APDI prides itself on being a completely independent entity, and can therefore fully support the IBM channel model; do not favor specific Partners; have no vested interest in specific IBM Business Partners. We are always in touch with our customers as we provide regular feedback to all parties on the progress for each request (pricing, call logged, configurations etc). We constantly analyse and measure the outcomes of our actions to improve our services and enhance your customer satisfaction levels.
