LBM has an approach to problem solving that is unique in the slurry dewatering environment. Statistically sound methodology ensure the required information is generated with known confidence limits. Within LBM the expertise of thickener operation is not only based on theory, but also on extensive practical thickener control and observation from the control room. The combination of knowledge and experience enable the quick and correct identification of the root cause in challenging thickener applications. The application of electrokinetic technology could mitigate some of the environmental aspects highlighted through the EIA. LBM has knowledge and experience in this field.
