Florida Land Design & Permitting Inc. was formed in February 2019 in order to help developers achieve their goals throughout the Greater Tampa Bay area. Most experienced land developers understand that it is not the consulting firm they select that brings them success, it is the Principal-inCharge of their project, at that consulting firm, that ensures success, but only if that person has a long history of “hands on” design and management experience, a sincere and proven “Make It Happen” attitude, and an excellent, long term history working with professionals at the municipalities, Water Management Districts, etc. where the development is located. This is because “A Paper Pusher manager, with little to no hands on design/quality control experience, just doesn’t cut it, and could lead to problems when the project goes to construction.”
