How do we work?  We help to find your own solution – with mediation.  We create equal chances and possibilities – through social integration. We do not just work for those involved, we work together WITH them: this way they can build real connections with each other.. Progress built on common decisions and agreements is more successful, more permanent and sustainable. When we feel that our participation counts, we can see what there is for us to do for the change we would like to see.  We work for happier kindergardens and schools in our Step by step program. We offer an alternative educational program, where children are educated naturally, through their independent activities, in a warm and supporting atmosphere. This way they acquire the skills and way of thinking they need for a happy life. Independence, openness, cooperation, critical thinking, creativity and interest towards the world are qualities that help to face the future challenges at individual and social level. With our ant-aggression and anti-bullying programs for kindergardens and schools, we work to build strong communities, where instead of punitive approach, restorative-cooperative approach makes the days of the children and teachers better.  We make common decisions in our common issues – through social dialogue. With the help of social dialogue models, we get to know each other’s opinion, views, we share information about ourselves, listen to the others. We find common points, change our opinion, say what we do not agree with, but accept the other’s views. We confront the different ideas and take new aspects into consideration. We analyse the cases together, go into the depth and learn from each other for the sake of better understanding and change.
