Our Core Leadership Program develops leaders by cultivating their innate curiosity to improve their performance, and drive innovation and change. The program teaches a practical framework of curious exploration, using questions to expand perspective, focus on what is most critical, and drive action. We focus on developing three main sets of competencies: - Collaborator: using curiosity in interactions to source better information. - Investigator: structuring thinking to turn information into decisions. - Persuader: communicating to capture attention and drive action. We are former leaders and faculty from CEB Leadership Academies. Our program is shaped by our experiences working with 70% of the Global 2000 and 80% of the Fortune 1000 to deliver learning with real behavioral and cultural impact.
