Tamino Partners was founded in 2012 to bring together the Professional Services expertise and market reach of three long time Executive Search professionals: Jennifer Lewis, Ansgar Dierkes and Nikolaus Pohlschröder. Each of us came to Executive Search more than ten years ago after successful careers in banking, strategy consulting and entrepreneurial management. Each of us has successfully built a reputation and a personal network in the Professional Services industries. Finally, each of us believes that significant synergies will develop when strong individual performers come together to collaborate on building a bigger and better joint position. One important point that differentiates us as individuals in the Executive Search industry is that we all are ‘natural collaborators’ who believe in the strength of the team over that of the individual.
