The Team is made up of 6 professionals, that includes 4 Brokers, a dedicated Transaction Manager, Financial Analyst, and a Graphic Designer. With plenty of bench and market expertise, the Team provides a full range of real estate services. These services are focused on the efforts required for the sale of Multifamily product that in most cases begins with land acquisition, design and development and continues through the successful sale of a stabilized Multifamily community. In other cases, the Team will focus on the sale of existing Multifamily assets by providing Owners strategic ideas on how to position their asset to the appropriate Buyer pool.
