Liberty Urgent Care is staffed by a team of dedicated health care professionals specializing in urgent, emergency and family care. Our Staff Dr. David Ochs, DO graduated from Kirksville College of Osteopathic Medicine in 1995 and completed his resident training in Internal Medicine through UMKC, Truman Medical Center and St. Luke’s Kansas City. Dr. Ochs worked for the NHRA and Indy Care for seven years treating high speed injuries. Specializing in urgent care and emergency medicine, Dr. Ochs has served the Liberty community since 1999 as the owner and primary physician at Liberty Urgent Care. Dr. Cynthia Farrar, MD received her MD from UMKC School of Medicine in 1995. Dr. Farrar has been practicing medicine in the Midwest area since 1995. In 2007, Dr. Farrar joined Urgent Care Associates where she found her niche in treating urgent care patients.
