The Strassmayr brand history has begun in Austria, more than 80 years ago, in 1938, in a small town of Adlwang. Initially the company was engaged in metal treatment. Thanks to the Strassmayr family determination, as well as to the emerging opportunities of the company development, in late 1965 – early 1966 the company produced the first bitumen spraying machine, driven by an industrial tractor was built. In view of a constant development of the company, the Strassmayr Group was founded, with constantly increasing number of customers.
