An Integrated Ecosystem Approach Level 1 – Individuals Our model uses technology solutions that factor in the needs of individuals from the under employed to the working professional. When people learn, are supported and connected to social and economic opportunities, they feel empowered to thrive, build goals and give back. Empowering the individual empowers the community. Level 2 – ITP Partnerships ITP is designed to facilitate an Indigenous-centric ecosystem between all participants such as academia, NGOs, governments, corporations and individual interests. We identify and collaborate with all sectors of the economy to develop technologies that advance Indigenous communities. Level 3 – Indigenous Distributed Supply Chain Ecosystem The Ecosystem is a network of supply and demand talent and businesses to collaborate for opportunities throughout Canada. Through our network, we offer a conduit to remove barriers. By removing barriers of technical or physical isolation, Indigenous businesses and citizens will uncover collaborative arrangements much easier than working on their own. Level 4 – Foreign Investment, Corporate Partnerships, Industry Development We provide an on-boarding pathway for foreign investors and corporations to participate more fully in the social and economic fabric of Canada. We encourage bringing expertise and manufacturing into Indigenous communities. Level 5 – Canada Collaborates to Create Change We see Canada as a role model of collaboration between Indigenous citizens, Canadians and new immigrants. By inviting collaboration between these three groups we affect sustainable change while growing Canada’s GDP.
