The Havens Group (*) is a private family and friends company formed in 2012 by Jeff Havens to recruit professional talent. Scott Havens soon joined to help, along with others. The company quickly developed a reputation and knack for “freely connecting the right people,” often resulting in new jobs and business opportunities. Goodwill inspired our network to reciprocate by referring new clients who pay us to recruit amazing people into their organizations.
