Collins & Associates was founded by Cecil Collins after observing that countless minority communities have not advanced due to inadequate awareness, training, and lack of funding needed to build sustainable economic environments in the cities in which they live. While climbing the corporate ladder he noticed that he usually was the only minority in the board rooms which was also heavily dominated by men. Cecil decided to "become engaged in the change" that he wanted to see in the world, so aptly stated by the late Mahatma Gandhi.
