I’m a Nutritionist and I work with women who struggle to find a loving, sustainable and healthy relationship with food, falling into the same restrict and binge eating cycle, feeling the need to ‘earn’, ‘save’ and ‘burn’ food. My drive is to help and support you through the feeling of not being good enough, seeking validation from others and the feeling that you will be happier when you are a smaller size.
