All of work is done in the United States by a team of over 450 single specialty coders and auditors that cover over 55 physician specialties and sub specialties. TCN provides 4 basic services: 1. Coding (day to day, backlog, vacation/medical coverage and expansion that doesn’t require a full FTE) 2. Coding accuracy audits, including ICD-10 Gap Analysis 3. Physician documentation training 4. Helpline TCN operates on a per-encounter basis with no monthly minimums or fees, our clients are in complete control of how much work gets done at all times. All TCN coders are independent contractors that work from home by dialing directly into EMRs, using cloud storage, secure email, fax or whichever HIPAA approved method is most convenient for our client. Like TCN, our coders are paid on a per encounter basis with fees varying by specialty. TCN coders can work a minimum of 15 hours a week allowing them to keep other jobs, but many chose to work more than the traditional 40-hour workweek.
