Founded in 2004, Leadership Science, LLC facilitates success with our partner organizations through by transferring knowledge about successful leadership practice and using new technologies and media to do so. In particular, we improve the efficacy of leadership by clarifying precisely what is to be done in a given circumstance, and by specifying how leadership can best accomplish those particular objectives. Our goal is to help companies and other complex organizations succeed by providing theoretical and practical tools that relate the types and qualities of leadership activity in organizations to organizational capabilities, and thus, ultimately, to performance, adaptation and long term sustainability.
