Too often people in the ADHD community are told that their brain is a a problem or something to overcome. That's simply not true. ADHD comes with super powers that should be seen as the asset they are. With certifications in ICF accredited ADHD coaching, executive coaching, and career coaching, I use traditional coaching and practical tools, systems, follow-on exercises, and research to support my ADHD clients. I coach professionals from c-suite executives to recent graduates and high school students transitioning to college with the unique experience of having been a successful professional who learned how to build upon my ADHD strengths. I use a lot of humor and compassion in my coaching because, in my opinion, a coach should support you 100% and take the time to understand the unique hurdles in your life. For that reason, I maintain fewer clients with more focus. I am currently taking on new clients. I see professionals from corporate, government, and nonprofit organizations ranging from Fortune 100 companies to small foundations. In addition to ADHD skills, I coach around building professional and leadership skills, performance improvement, strengthening teams, career pivots, job search strategy, stress reduction, and work/life balance, among many other areas. I collaborate with clients to create goals, action plans, and sometimes metrics for clients who need more accountability. I build a new coaching plan for every client so it is entirely tailored to you. Recent clients include professionals from General Motors, The New York Times, iRobot, the Department of Justice, the Department of State, the National Intelligence Council, and IBM, among many others.
