Plate-X is a tech company that utilizes big data to produce healthy snacks and produces, with offices in New York and Hong Kong. We both manufacture and sell our own products. Our current products include Sea Rice Oatmeal, which is made from the newly invented salt-tolerant rice by the award-winning agronomist Yuan Longping. Our sea rice is grown in salt water, which consists of more than 99% of the water on the earth. Unlike the rice sold by others which are grown on the 1% of the fresh water, our rice saves the environment significantly. In addition, our sea rice is ten times more nutrient than all other rice.
