Dan Williams established the business in 2014 to share his experience and expertise with businesses and organisations to ensure they support their employees with disabilities while meeting their legal obligations under The Equality Act 2010. We specialise in workplace assessments for employees with various forms of disability and provide online and face to face training courses to enable staff teams to become sight loss and disability confident and aware.
