Balconi was established in Milan in 1953 by the pastry chef Michele Balconi. With a steady growth it has moved from a little craft workshop to a modern and efficient industrial company, keeping unchanged its core values over time: offering everyone a quality snack every day. Nowadays Balconi is part of the Valeo Foods Group. Its plants are located in Italy, while the presence is worldwide, being the company brands distributed in more than 80 countries. Quality and taste are the fundamental values that have been driving Balconi for 60 years in the production of snacks, cakes, rolls, wafers and biscuits, made without GMOs, preservatives, colouring and hydrogenated fats. With more than 30.000 quality checks per year Balconi ensures in his production process safety and quality of its products.
