Quality We’re constantly hunting for wines that deliver the most value in their category regardless of how well known they might be. Fantastic wines don’t have to be expensive or famous and we have delicious options at a range of price points. We have limited space so each selection in the shop has gone through a careful selection process and deserves its spot on the shelf. Purity We seek authentic wines, including many natural wines. Our large selection of organic and biodynamic wines feature minimal to no chemical manipulation in growing and production which makes them healthier for us and better for the planet. (Customers often tell us they found their “no headache wine” here!) Mother nature, terroir, and human stewardship determine the wine’s expression. This is wine the way it’s supposed to be. Adventure This is where we really get excited. We love to share our finds and encourage our customers to explore different varietals and lesser known regions– whether based on their preferences or our selections. As you’ve probably noticed, the industry’s offerings have grown exponentially and we can help you separate the junk from the gems. Community We’re lucky to be part of the beautiful community of Sea Cliff and collaborate on wine and spirits journeys with the residents. We work to promote other local businesses whenever possible. Wine Director and Co-Owner Michael Amendola has 17 years of experience in the industry- buying, selling, exploring, writing, and teaching about wine and spirits. He’s happy to chat about anything viticulture, jazz (as a professionally trained saxophonist), fishing, or hockey, especially if you’re from Pittsburgh. Marketing Director and Co-Owner Tracy Lynch loves being back in her childhood stomping grounds, hoarding tips on successful food and wine pairings.
