MASELA is a new membership association initiated by Jefferson & Orleans Parish Medical Societies and is open to physicians and medical students practicing throughout the region. The organization provides advocacy, education, resources, referral development opportunities, and physician well-being initiatives. We welcome physician and community engagement to improve access to health care, practice challenges, and health outcomes. Physicians may join through an affiliated medical society (currently Jefferson Parish Medical Society & Orleans Parish Medical Society), or become direct members.
