It includes individuals specializing in strategic program management (Governance, Strategy), technology, scheduling, estimating and plan review to meet a multitude of goals including cost control, code compliance, constructability and sustainability certification. The Program Management Services Group also develop a commissioning plan that can be included in the design package to assure the owner’s intent for equipment selection and operation is clearly defined in the design documents. The Group also provide a commissioning plan for construction and post occupancy evaluation to make sure all systems are integrated and operational in accordance with the contract requirements. CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT: Cathryn Bang + Partners' Construction Management Services Group provide Project Management, Cost Management, Time Management, Quality Management, Safety Management, and CM Professional Practice; and closely manage & monitore issues of quality, schedule, cost, safety, and building technology.
