Over 65 years ago, in 1951, A. Vernon Allen started the company which would become the one of the most established and finest custom home builders in Naples. Vernon, a Kentucky native, moved to Naples and brought his trade to then a small fishing town. Now, as one of the oldest builders in the area, our company continues to focus on custom homes and luxury remodels for the most discerning clients. Also in the 1950’s, the community of Port Royal was being developed. Our company was selected as the original builder for this community, in which over 100 of the home sites in the community have had our brand on it at one point or another. Today we are still very active in the Port Royal community, and through the years have also established ourselves in Old Naples, as well as the luxury residences of Park Shore and neighborhoods between.
