CAPTYST was launched to make life easier for project organizations to handle larger project portfolios. CAPTYST has a special focus on project organizations that depend largely on external subcontractors and where projects and relationships are often longer-term (> 1 year). This group of project organizations often has special needs in terms of planning and management, which have only been to a limited extent by solution providers. Planning and management sets requirements for collection, consolidation, analysis and presentation of large amounts of data. In order to meet these needs, CAPTYST has a strong portfolio management system that can effectively support portfolio governance (budget, contracts, approval, history, etc.). CAPTYST also offers consultancy and software development that can support data needs in connection with, among other things, preparation of business cases and function analysis. CAPTYST is a unique mix of economists, developers, and user experience experts, all of whom have extensive experience in working with projects and project organizations.
