Deniver JEANS
www.deniverjeans.comThe name of my brand is “DENIVER JEANS”. I choose the name “DENIVER” because I was worked in a denim mill as a weaver so I tried to select a name which would be a part of my life. “DENI” from “denim” & “VER” from weaver became “DENIVER” 2007 I have completed my graduation from Textile Technology. I was really scared about weaving mechanisms, calculations etc.. Never have thought I would join in a denim mill & in my most scared places weaving departments. Nevertheless I had to did it. Because I was looking for a job badly that time. After that, I tried to gather knowledges about the denim process as much as I can. 2017, I was thinking I must tried to do something with denim. I decided to make denims with our golden fibre “JUTE” & with natural dyestuff “ Indigofera Tinctoria” which was a new concept in our bangladesh denim industry. I bought a handloom for making the denim. My first effort to make denim with Jute was very bad. The appearance comes as like the Jute sacks & off course with too much hairiness which was not wearable at all. Now it’s time for second attempt. I wait more than one year to get my required Jute yarn, I was just waiting when the Jute mill will produce my required yarn count for their other customer & they will have some left over yarn, so that I can execute my second attempt. Because I didn’t have enough money to order my required yarn count by meeting their MOQ. However, 2nd attempt is looking like denim but still fabric had many hairiness, couldn’t wearable. I was thinking, how to make it wearable & found a solution. I made some change in weaving arrangement, finally I got my required. Now I am making many new developments of denim using the natural dyestuff & many more new styles of jeans. But honestly still I am learning to know much more & to present new new styles as well.
