Kinship Conservation Fellows

www.kinshipfellows.org

Kinship Conservation Fellows trains experienced conservationists in the use of market-based principles to address environmental challenges. The program’s ultimate aim is to see large-scale conservation outcomes related to increased health of environmental systems and reduced environmental threats. Become a Fellow: Kinship Conservation Fellows program offers intensive, in-residence instruction implementing market-based tools on conservation projects. During their month at Kinship, Fellows look beyond their technical and scientific capacities to understand the economic and business contexts influencing conservation worldwide. Each year, 18 Fellows are carefully selected from diverse regions and with varying environmental interests. The program is delivered by renowned faculty and includes individualized coaching sessions and a curriculum focused on conservation finance, leadership, and business and management practices. To date, 228 Fellows from 51 countries across all continents have participated in the program. We're looking for conservation leaders with five years of experience, who are deeply committed to conservation, involved with the implementation of market-based approaches to solve environmental problems, and ready to be part of an expanding community of global leaders. Applications for the 2016 program: Visit kinshipfellows.org for more information about the program, full eligibility requirements, and to access the online application. The application deadline is January 18, 2016.
