PT Perusahaan Pengelola Aset is a member of Danareksa Holding that engaging in the business of asset management, and the only company given a mandate to restructure and revitalize state-owned enterprises from various industries. PPA was established on February 27, 2004 through Government Regulation No.10 of 2004 with the aim of managing the assets of ex-IBRA. Based on the Government Regulation No.61 of 2008 dated September 4, 2008, the government expanded the scope of tasks of PT PPA to include the management of assets belonging to ex-IBRA, the restructuring and/or revitalization of state-owned enterprises, investment and management of state-owned assets. On May 27, 2009, PPA established PPA Finance, a subsidiary engaged in financing services. Furthermore, on June 22, 2011, PPA established PPA Kapital, a subsidiary engaged in investment services, asset management, and business consulting (advisory). With its extensive experience in the business of Investment, Restructuring and/or revitalization, Business Consulting Services and Management (advisory), and Financing; PPA and its subsidiaries will continue to move ahead in the right direction in order to provide sustainable growth for our shareholders and to dedicate itself to help building the country's economy.
