Patient history, vital signs and symptoms are recorded in our system through smart-watches and through these care ring members. Health data from the app is made available in the form of web-based dashboards, which can be monitored remotely. When required, these dashboards could be made available to a team of multi-disciplinary doctors consisting of, say a cardiologist in London and a pulmonologist in New York. Their advice is consolidated by a doctor local to the patient and delivered through an ecosystem of partners.
