ProjectEngineer is an online community with a mission to help project managers use project management fundamentals to improve their projects. Many people become “project managers” by receiving additional job responsibility, or by promotion into the role. Because of this, project management fundamentals are unknown to most project managers. After becoming project managers ourselves, learning the ropes for several years, and seeing the results first hand on actual projects, we wanted to provide a place where project managers of all stripes can go improve their skills without expensive courses.
