BeWell@Home is the first non-profit Continuing Care at Home program in South Carolina. BeWell@Home is an extension of Lutheran Homes of South Carolina (LHSC). This program brings together the best of long-term care insurance with the comprehensive services of a traditional continuing care retirement community. You can retire knowing that you’re prepared for whatever the future may bring with a personalized wellness plan in place. It can also work in conjunction with a current long-term care insurance policy.
