Mission Statement To help lower recidivism by providing services that help men and women who have been released from a correctional facility make a successful transition to community life and prepare them for future employment. Our program will help people who are preparing for release or have been released from a correctional facility make a successful transition to community life. The services provided will include an assessment of the individual's needs, discussion options for short-term case management involving coordination of services needed. These services will include mentorship, leader and personal development, job placement and retention services, life skills training, and other sources of support.
