FIFTH DIRECTION is a 501(c)(3) which operates to enhance the spiritual, physical, emotional, and mental wellbeing of people in the community through spiritual coaching and addiction and recovery coaching. Spiritual Coaching addresses a person's spiritual, emotional, and mental wellbeing by providing listening and facilitation that will enhance the person's life. Addiction and Recovery Coaching is for persons that are seeking to make a change in their lives towards wellness. Recovery is a process of change through which individuals improve their health and wellness, live a self-directed life, and strive to reach their full potential (SAMHSA).
